设计了一种便携式电梯钢丝绳张力计的钢丝绳工装结构,该工装结构的上下两转动杆件所形成的张角始终等于受拉弯折钢丝绳的夹角,且具有自动复位归零、上下两卡套中心位置与受拉点会趋于同一径向水平位置上的自动调节能力。为减小AS5045张角角度测量误差对确定各钢丝绳拉至同一水平径向位移的影响,提高张力计的测量精度,需增大受拉钢丝绳的张角变化量。通过建立张角变化量的数学模型,确定把接近钢丝绳支点处作为张力测量点,最为可行,测量误差最小。拉力点位置的偏差和卡套与钢丝绳的间隙都是张角误差的影响因素。且都是拉力点离钢丝绳支点越近,引起的误差越大。通过联系实际操作可行性,确定离钢丝绳支点1m处作为测量点。计算表明这2个因素对张角误差影响并不大,验证了该工装结构稳定性好,精度高的特点,具有一定的可实施性和操作性,为成功研发便携式电梯钢丝绳张力计创造了有利条件。
Abstract:
A kind of wire rope tooling structure of portable elevator wire rope tensiometer is designed. The tension angle formed by the upper lower rotating poles of the tooling structure is always equal to the angle between the tension bending wire ropes, it has the ability of automatic reset to zero, the central position of the upper lower jackets the tension point tend to the same radial horizontal position. In order to reduce the influence of AS5045 angle measurement error on determining the radial displacement of each wire rope pulled to the same level improve the measurement accuracy of tensiometer, it is necessary to increase the tension angle variation of the tensioned wire rope. By establishing the mathematical model of the change of tension angle, it is determined that it is most feasible to take the place close to the fulcrum of the wire rope as the tension measuring point, the measuring error is the smallest. The deviation of the tension point position the gap between the jacket the wire rope are the factors affecting the tension angle error. The closer the pull point is to the fulcrum of the wire rope, the greater the error will be. According to the practical operation feasibility, the measuring point is 1 m away from the fulcrum of the wire rope. The calculation shows that these two factors have little influence on the angle error. It proves that the device has the acteristics of good stability high accuracy, has certain practicability operability. It creates favorable conditions for the successful development of portable elevator wire rope tensiometer.
